About 8 months ago I bought a very reasonably priced Ceramic covered sauce pot. After about 3 months a small crack developed on the bottom. It wasn't long after that it bubbled up. A week later the ceramic covering was coming off in chips. So in less than 5 months my reasonably priced cookware became expensive junk.  Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware won't do that.
