About 8 months ago I bought a very reasonably priced Ceramic covered sauce pot. After about 3 months a small crack developed on the bottom. It wasn't long after that it bubbled up. A week later the ceramic covering was coming off in chips. So in less than 5 months my reasonably priced cookware became expensive junk. Ceramcor Xtrema Cookware won't do that. The cookware is 100% ceramic. It has much more thermal mass than conventional aluminum or stainless steel cookware. What that means to you is, once the cookware comes up to temperature, you can turn down the heat because this baby is going to retain lots of heat.
You may save some money buying other cookware but remember You get what you pay for. You don't have to buy one just yet you can enter a contest to win a 10" Open Skillet at Review Retreat.
Review Retreat is the place you want to go to get into the best giveaways, but it's more than that, it's your source for reviews, coupons, Freebies, Recipes, and health and fitness tips.
